Bajel Projects Limited (BPL) has a world-class manufacturing facility at Ranjangaon, 55 km from Pune, Maharashtra. With its well-engineered layout, the plant is equipped to manufacture transmission line towers, monopoles, high masts, octagonal poles, conical poles and other fabricated structures. The Ranjangaon manufacturing unit has been specifically designed with the best machineries and systems from around the world.
This manufacturing unit is self managed and is supported centrally by the Procurement, Logistics, and Quality Assurance team.

Bajel Projects Limited (BPL) can handle projects from 11 kV to 765 kV, regardless of complexity or size. BPL designs and manufactures a wide range of transmission and distribution poles, including single pole, twin pole, special structures like as Cable Termination poles and three pole or quad structures. In addition, we provide a variety of tubular substation structures, from 11 kV to 765 kV.
Offering a broad array of ground-breaking street & road lighting solutions, BPL assures prestigious installations across various set-ups such as residential streets, city streets, public squares, major highways & expressways, and many more.
We have introduced innovative winch masts for advertising in India. These BPL-designed masts are easily raised and lowered, providing convenience, space-saving, and improved aesthetics. Major petroleum companies like IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL utilize these masts for advertising on highways and strategic outlets.
With over 20 years of experience, we offer optimal high mast designs for lighting applications such as stadiums, airports, seaports, and more. Our in-house setup ensures compliance with international standards specified by clients. BPL has installed masts up to 72m in height, including for special applications and structures.
From the snowy heights of Kargil to the serene lagoons of Kerala, we have proudly hoisted our national flag at over 150 locations across India. We offer fully enclosed state-of-the-art galvanizing service, with a capacity of over 60,000MT per annum. The eco-friendly plant incorporates the best-in-class technology, products and practices from across the galvanizing world. It has one of the largest galvanizing baths in India with 14 process tanks, sizing 13m in length, 1.3m in width, and 2.5m in depth.
The complete galvanizing shop has been imported from GIMECO Spa. Italy, which is regarded as one of the world's best galvanizing plant suppliers
